Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms are an agreement between you and Özer Yılmaztekin, a sole proprietorship (şahıs şirketi) registered in Türkiye (MERSIS 1983228887600001, tax number 9790433697), who operates Frezpo. Contact: [email protected].

By creating an account or using Frezpo you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What Frezpo does

Frezpo turns a campaign brief into a strategy pack: narrative and positioning, hooks and ad-scent pairings, message match between ad and landing page, section-by-section copy specifications, UX structure, and design tokens — delivered as human-readable documents plus machine-readable files you can feed into your own tools.

What Frezpo does not do. It does not build, host or deploy websites. It does not create, launch or manage advertising campaigns on Google, Meta or any other network. It does not buy media. You, or whoever you hand the pack to, do the implementing.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Give us accurate registration information and keep it current. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Plans, runs and quota

A run is one execution of the pipeline from brief to finished pack. Revisions within a run do not consume additional runs. Quota resets each billing period and unused runs do not carry over. Plans differ by included runs, quota, and model stack as shown above.

5. Free trial — your card is charged automatically

Read this section before you start.

Starting a trial requires a valid payment card. The trial lasts 7 days and is capped at 3 pipeline runs on the plan you select.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts automatically and your card is charged the monthly price of your selected plan on day 8. No further action by you is needed for that charge to happen — cancelling is the action that prevents it.

You can cancel at any point during the trial from your billing settings, at no cost and with no charge. If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until the trial period ends and are never billed.

6. Billing

Polar acts as merchant of record for Frezpo. This means Polar is the seller on your transaction: Polar takes payment, calculates and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax, issues your invoice, and is the counterparty for payment disputes and chargebacks. Prices are in US dollars.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until cancelled. We will give you notice by email before any price change affects you.

7. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

During the trial. Cancel any time, self-service, no charge. See section 5.

After the first charge. You may withdraw from your first paid period within 14 days of that charge and receive a full refund, provided you have not consumed any runs during that paid period. Runs you used during the trial do not count against this.

By starting a pipeline run you expressly request that we begin performing the service immediately and acknowledge that, once a run in a paid period is complete, the statutory right of withdrawal for that period is exhausted — the service has been delivered.

Afterwards. Cancel any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed. We do not refund partial periods.

Nothing in this section removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement.

8. Who owns what

Your content and your packs are yours. You keep all rights in the briefs you submit, and — subject to your compliance with these Terms — you own the strategy packs, copy specifications, design tokens and handoff files generated for you. Use them commercially, modify them, and hand them to clients without further permission from us.

The platform is ours. Frezpo's software, pipeline design, prompts, templates and branding remain our property. Nothing here grants you a licence to them beyond using the service.

Outputs are not guaranteed unique. AI systems given similar inputs produce similar outputs. We cannot and do not promise that any phrase, angle or structure in your pack is exclusive to you, and we grant no exclusivity over generic wording.

9. Reviewing what the AI produces

Frezpo's outputs are drafts produced by automated systems. They can be wrong, outdated, or unsuitable for your market.

Before you publish anything derived from a Frezpo pack, you are responsible for checking it: factual accuracy, substantiation of any claim you make, compliance with advertising law and industry rules, intellectual property clearance, and fit with your brand. We make no representation that an output complies with the policies of Google Ads, Meta, or any other platform, and we are not responsible for an ad account rejection or suspension.

Where a step invites your approval or revision, that step exists because human review is expected. Approving is your decision, and it is a real one.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Frezpo to create deceptive, fraudulent or unlawful advertising; to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; to promote content prohibited by applicable law; to reverse engineer the service or extract its underlying prompts or models; to evade quota, share one account across an organisation that should hold several, or automate access in a way that degrades the service; or to resell Frezpo as a competing product.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that fails to pay, or where required by law — with notice where it is practicable to give it. On termination you may export your packs; after the retention periods in our Privacy Policy, your content is deleted.

12. Warranties

Frezpo is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any advertising outcome — no return on ad spend, no conversion rate, no traffic level, no platform approval. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are excluded.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, however caused.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to Frezpo, on any theory, is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Turkish law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

14. Your indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from the content you submit, the campaigns you publish using our outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own place of residence.

16. Changes

We may amend these Terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and we will notify account holders by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Frezpo after that date means you accept the amended Terms.
